Use your Westwood Parish Rooms for your community group

What are your Parish Rooms doing for you Westwood?
The Trustees of the WPR would like to offer respective charity organisations directly serving the Westwood Community (such as FOWS, the Westwood Church PCC, etc) the use of the Parish Rooms, and all facilities, gratis to run teas and take the revenue over the periods when the rooms are open for the Manor Teas (teas aligned to the NT Westwood Manor opening times).
How it works;
Your Westwood centric organisation books weekly slots with a 2-3 person team with the objective to raise revenue just for your organisation.
You shadow the normal Manor teas to learn the systems so you can run as proficient a service as possible to the visitors naturally coming to the NT Manor and Westwood on the summer afternoons of Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
Your wider community group bakes or makes the cakes/scones/biscuits etc, and provides the perishables to make it your event.
The rooms facilities, tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, tea bags and cordial are provided by the Parish Rooms.

There will be NO HIRE CHARGE because its for the community!
